In practice · Anonymised SaaS engagement
I built the product. And the capability to keep building.
In one ongoing engagement, I designed and built the platform, assembled a team of three contract developers that I now lead, and guided the company through its first software development cycle.
That included mentoring a domain specialist into project management, taking sole responsibility for DevOps, and developing the team’s AI-assisted workflow while leading development.
The product is in production on AWS, with self-service onboarding, subscriptions and billing, data collection and AI-assisted analysis.

We agree the scope before starting. I review the relevant material, work through the decision with you, and give you a written recommendation with priorities and next steps. Preparation, discussion and write-up fit within one day of work.
For broader ownership, onboarding normally takes an intensive week, followed by a retainer at the level of involvement you need.
